• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach, and are never stored on, Tennislinx servers. We keep only the Stripe customer and payment-method references needed to manage your purchases.
• Usage information: information about your use of the app, including tournament entries, court bookings, and communication logs.
• Technical information: IP address, device information, browser type, and operating system.

1.2 Method of collection

We collect personal information through:

• Direct interactions, such as when you create an account, book a court, or enter a tournament.
• Automated technologies, such as cookies and similar tracking technologies.
• Third parties, including payment processors and social media platforms, if you link your Tennislinx account with them.

1.3 Age requirement

Tennislinx is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to register an account, and every account must be registered and managed by an adult. Registration by anyone under 18 years of age is not permitted.

Junior players who take part in tournaments may appear in draws and schedules, but their entries are created and managed by the tournament organisers or by an adult account holder, such as a parent, guardian or coach, never through an account of their own. We do not knowingly collect personal information through an account from anyone under 18.

If we learn that an account has been registered by or for a person under 18, we close it and delete the account data associated with it. If you believe a minor holds a Tennislinx account, please contact us using the details in the "Contact us" section below.

We use your personal information for the following purposes:
